To ensure you continue to enjoy the full benefits of your DBS Aspire account, please take note of the following important terms and conditions:

TRV Maintenance: To retain your DBS Aspire account status and its associated benefits, you are required to maintain a Quarterly Total Relationship Value (TRV) of INR 10 Lakhs or a Monthly average balance of INR 2 Lakhs in your Savings Account.
Account recategorization: Failure to maintain the required TRV will result in your account being recategorization to a Growth Plus variant with a Monthly Average Balance (MAB) requirement of INR 25,000, along with applicable fees.
Charges/Fees Post-recategorization: If your account is degraded, charges and fees applicable to the MAB variant of INR 25,000 will be levied. These may include, but are not limited to:

Debit Card: An annual fee of ₹399 + GST will be charged.
Credit Card: An annual fee of ₹999 + GST will be charged.
MAB Shortfall: A charge of 6% on the shortfall in the Minimum Average Balance will be applied.

These charges and fees are subject to revision and will be updated on the DBS bank website from time to time.

Note: TRV is The Total Relationship Value with DBS Bank India Limited encompasses all accounts calculated by aggregating the average balance of all savings accounts, end-of-period term deposits, insurance premium paid, investments, and 40% of a loan's net outstanding balance (Home Loan/Loan against property) towards TRV computation.

Who is eligible to open a DBS Aspire savings account?

Indian Resident and Non-Resident individuals who is 18 years and above of age & Minor Under Guardian are eligible to open a DBS Aspire savings account. Additional criteria may apply and will be communicated by our bank representative during the application process.

What happens if you fail to maintain the required TRV/MAB in Aspire savings account?

If you fail to maintain the required TRV/MAB, in Aspire savings account will be re-classified to a Growth Plus savings account variant with a Minimum Average Balance (MAB) requirement of INR 25,000. Account will be reclassified 30 days from the following month of the review quarter.
